Rachel Shelley, Ph.D.
Founder | Licensed Clinical PsychologistDr. Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive training in helping children and parents with anxiety, behavioral and related difficulties. She has received specialized training in cognitive behavioral approaches and completed a fellowship in the treatment of OCD and anxiety at Weill Cornell Medicine. She is all about letting kids be kids while developing essential skills to thrive. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Rachel is engaged in teaching, advocacy and philanthropy.

Eleanore Hall, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical PsychologistDr. Eleanore is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in helping families navigate childhood anxiety, mood, and behavioral difficulties through cognitive behavioral therapy. She trained at a range of hospitals on the East Coast and in Denver, including Children’s Hospital of Colorado and McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where she received specialized training in intensive youth anxiety treatment. Her work is driven by a passion for helping kids get back in the driver’s seat and regain a sense of freedom.
