Parenting Strategies for Tough Behaviors

Do you have a child with ADHD, between the ages of 6-10, who is struggling with tough behaviors? Do you need some strategies for getting through daily routines without resistance or tantrums?

Join our new weekly group for parents to get support and learn new skills for helping your child through these hard moments and inspiring better behavior.

Yoga & CBT for Teens

Studies have shown that yoga is an effective practice for reducing stress and anxiety, regulating emotions, increasing focus, and developing a positive body image-- not to mention a fun way to get moving! Help your teen get off to a healthy start this school year by joining this weekly yoga class for teens with CBT skills woven throughout the practice. Led by WholeMind Psychology clinical therapist and certified yoga instructor Rudhdi Karnik, no prior experience required.

Supportive Parenting for Children with OCD and Anxiety (SPACE)

Child anxiety affects the whole family and parents can play an integral role in treatment. Group follows the SPACE protocol, an evidence-based treatment for child anxiety, OCD and related difficulties, that is all about empowering parents with skills and tools to help your child overcome anxiety.

This group is virtual and available to parents of children ages 6-13
